Mr Khoo and his son are very detailed in their work on our home. We had our kitchen shower heater and tap replaced. Their price is quite affordable eh! We also had the shower tap replaced and have also asked them to fix the shampoo rack for us. We offered $50 additional for the additional work but he declined, saying he did this for my parents and is not a problem.

As we are expanding our laundry service in Harvest @ Woodlands with 5 washing machines, we require the change to new water meter of 25mm diameter. Mr Khoo did the drawings and submission to PUB for approval. He is definitely a man with experience from the way he carried out the meter replacement. He doesn't anyhow charge us as we know what the other contractors are charging for the work and submission. He informed us that we are not able to increase the meter size when we requested due to output water pressure and volumetric flow which will affect our laundry business. I'm impressed and appreciate his knowledge sharing with us. We'll recommend him to others for sure.

We tried to repair our bathroom sliding door repair, wardrobe hinge creaking sound removal and dish rack door hydraulic replacement for a long time but couldn’t do it right. He ensured the meter installed properly with no gas leak to the kitchen appliances before he applied for SPGroup's Certificate of Fitness. We gotten our responses from SP group within a week. We have problem with the high water consumption of out laundry service and had been asked by PUB to increase our output pipe size above 25mm. Luckily we have Mr Khoo to come and resolve this problem for us with PUB as it cannot be done. Mr Khoo is very knowledgeable in plumbing and you can tell just from his explanation on resolving our water consumption issue. I'm sure we will use his service again as his quotation price to us is good and I have confidence in his skills.

We have known Mr Khoo or Ah Hock, for many years. He has been the sole contractor that we call upon to come to our house for home repairs. Our home is old and his knowledge in repair for tricky repair works are really something! I once was quoted $5K by other plumber for a water leak in my roof which was very hard to reach. Ah Hock only quoted me a small fraction of the price as he told us there is a much short cut method that solves the problem permanently! He has become a friend of ours over the years as we know we can rely on him and he won't charge us unnecessary unless the work has to be done.
